You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items. Please ensure your item meets our return conditions below.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:

- Include all original tags, dust bags, and packaging
- Have a return request lodged within 30 days of delivery
Please note: We cannot accept returns on:

- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable postal service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
You are entitled to a refund or replacement if an item:
- Has a major fault
- Is significantly different from its description or sample
- Is not fit for purpose
To request a return for a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

Refunds
